Shipping

Shipping conditions

• The goods are currently only delivered in Switzerland.
• We charge a minimum shipping fee of CHF 15.00.

Deliveries

• The goods are delivered by an external service provider.
• The goods will be delivered after conclusion of the contract, provided that the ordered item is in stock at the time of the order (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of receipt of payment).
• Please note that there is no delivery on weekends and public holidays.
  

Delivery times (standard)

• Products that are in stock in Switzerland: Delivery time approx. 2-3 days
• Products that are in an external warehouse: Delivery time approx. 2-15 weeks

Delivery times (Express & Urgent) 

• If products need to be delivered quickly and urgently, we can make this happen.
• Depending on the location of the goods and availability, we will arrange delivery by courier for an additional fee.
• Contact us directly for such special deliveries.
